  • Once we have this information and verified your business, we will create a wholesale account and you will receive an email request to activate your account.

ORDERING

  • There is a $200 minimum order requirement for wholesale purchases (excluding shipping costs). 

PAYMENT

  • Acceptable payment methods include Layby, Afterpay, Youpay, Zip Pay, Pay Pal, Credit and Debit Card and Apple/Google Pay.
  • Payment is required in full prior to shipping. Items will not be dispatched until full payment is received.

SHIPPING

  • All shipping costs are charged at time of shipment at a flat rate of $30.00, however please keep in mind that larger orders may incur an extra charge and we will notify you of all charges prior to shipping.
  • Please notify us of any time-sensitive orders. Express Shipping is available at an additional cost, however you will have to let us know by email.
  • All standard orders are shipped via Australia Post. A tracking number will be sent to you at time of dispatch. For larger orders, we can organise a courier, or if you wish to organise your own courier just let us know and we can provide you with the information you require.
  • Whilst we at Luna Moth exert the utmost effort to be prompt and dispatch all orders on time, Luna Moth is not responsible for any carrier delays. This is unfortunately out of our control.

TURNAROUND

  • We aim to have your order completed and shipped 10-14 business days from the date you placed the order. However, it also depends on how large the order is and what we have to reorder or make (as all candles/melts and some taxidermy products are handmade in WA).
  • If fulfilling orders will take longer than 10-14 business days, we will communicate this with you with an updated ETA.

PRICING

  • We reserve the right to alter our wholesale and retail pricing at any time, this excludes orders paid in full at the time of the changes. Prices will only change in response to the cost of supplies increasing.

RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES TO ORDERS

  • Wholesale merchandise may not be returned or exchanged for change of mind. 
  • We cannot accept returns on unsold items.
  • All our products are packaged with care and are thoroughly checked before sending. However, in the unlikely event that you receive an incorrect shipment, or an item is faulty, or an item was damaged during shipping, please contact our office by email info@lunamoth.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number, a description and photographs detailing any damage or incorrect items.
  • If we accept the item to be returned due to being faulty, damaged or incorrect, you will have 30 days to arrange for the item to be returned prior to a refund.

COPYRIGHT AND INTELLECTUAL MATERIAL

  • Luna Moth candle product designs and images are the property of Luna Moth. 
  • All stockists are free to use images on our website for the purpose of promoting the range. 

LIABILITY

  • Luna Moth does not take any responsibility for any losses, costs, damages and expenses resulting from claims arising out of breaching these Terms and Policies.

AGREEMENT OF TERMS

  • By placing an order, you agree to our Terms and Policies.
  • We reserve the right to stop selling to stockists who fail to comply with our Terms and Policies.
  • These terms are subject to change at any time.
